Company Lease for Residential Accommodation

Gratuity
The
company has a Group Gratuity Policy (with the LIC of India) for providing
gratuity benefits to its employees. The employee becomes eligible for gratuity
benefits under the scheme after completion of one year of employment. The
gratuity will be equivalent to fifteen days salary based on 22 days per month
for each completed year of service.
